The Pros and Cons of Summer Skin

The Pros and Cons of Summer Skin

We all love summer! Relaxing days at the beach and pool, picnics with friends and long days to stay active. As the temperature rises the clothes lessen.  To stay cool, flowy dresses, skirts and shorts are worn which means skin touching skin. We have a saying in our house during the summer….”hot skin, don’t touch! There is nothing worse than the feeling of hot sweaty skin touching hot sweaty skin!

Some may have “thigh gap,” and if you do, you will sail thru the summer with a breeze.  The majority of us have meaty thighs that gravitate towards each other. The more you walk, the more friction is created sometimes feeling as though flames are beginning to flare up.

Been there? Luckily for you, there is a new purse size product on the market called SKIN SLICK. SKIN SLICK is a continuous spray skin lubricant that is easy to use and safe to share. With a single press spraying on the inner thigh, under the arm, bra, or seams that are poky and rub, SKIN SLICK acts as a second skin protecting you from what is rubbing you raw! SKIN SLICK also prevents any sort of blistering or skin irritation caused by a rubbing strap or heel from a shoe. Due to the water resistant properties, SKIN SLICK will remain on until removed with the combination of soap and water and will not harm fabrics.

No need to suffer from sticking skin anymore. Keep you summer days comfortable and enjoyable with a simple squirt of SKIN SLICK.

Are You A Swimmer? Then you Stink!

Can you imagine showing up to do your swimming drills in green, foam growing on the top, murky pool? To make our pools inviting and reduce water born diseases, Chlorine, or salt (salt turns into Chlorine), shock, and stabilizers are added; you add one chemical, then you need to add two more to balance the pool.  Jump right in!  Sound enticing?

As a SWIMMER we spend a great deal of time in the pool.  Drill after drill, set after set; how many times have we touched the wall?  Too many times to count that is for sure!  We know every nook and cranny in the tile at lanes end, and every blemish on the pool’s floor. With those countless hours of swimming, we are essentially marinating in Chlorine!

How many of you have experienced dry, itchy and sometimes rashy skin?  How many of you have had to deal with dry, brittle, lifeless hair that is prone to dandruff?  And how many of you reek of Chlorine?  When swimming as much as we do, it is very common to develop these issues.  There is no viable substitute for swimming in salt or chlorinated pools, so what do we do to eliminate the odorous, dry, itchy skin and hair?

Chlorine attaches itself to our pores; this is why after you bathe 5 times, the smell of Chlorine is still there!  To remove the chemical, Chlorine particles need to be contained and washed down the drain.  Lucky for you, there is a product that can do just that!  SBR SPORTS, INC manufactures salon quality personal care products to combat chlorine and salt.  Swimmers Shampoo, Swimmers Conditioner, Swimmers Body Wash, Swimmers Lotion.

TRISWIM SHAMPOO chlorine removal and salt removal shampoo has sequestering agents and is completely safe to use with color treated or permed hair. TRISWIM CONDITIONER will leave your hair soft, shiny, and healthy looking!   In addition, the TRISWIM BODY WASH chlorine out body wash also has sequestering agents to successfully remove the Chlorine from the hair and skin; more than the leading competitors!  Plus, TRISWIM has natural ingredients such as Aloe Vera, Pro-Vitamin B5, and Vitamins A & E. The TRISWIM LOTION is extremely hydrating, and is the only lotion on the market that can mask the smell of Chlorine!  Lastly, All the TRISWIM products have a light fragrant citrus scent that is appealing to both men and women alike!  Please visit our website at www.sbrsportsinc.com to find the dealer nearest you.
