2026 Athlete Agreement
This Agreement is made and entered by and between SBR SPORTS INC. whose address is 2826 Willis St., Santa Ana, CA 92705, and, “Athlete”
The parties agree to the following:
I. Sponsorship
a) Ambassador Athlete shall promote SBR SPORTS INC. “brands” TRISWIM, TRISLIDE, FOGGIES, SKIN SLICK, SWIM SUDS, and SUIT SOAK to other athletes or anyone that can benefit from said products. Promotion shall be in form of presentation to groups, social media, and sampling of products to clubs, individuals, races, etc.; SBR SPORTS INC. shall provide ALL marketing materials to the Ambassador free of charge.
b) Social media (including Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok, Youtube) shall be used by Ambassador to promote SBR SPORTS INC. brand & product line.
· Social Media Posts are encouraged highlighting SBR SPORTS INC. products (as a grouping or individual products); including a brand/product call out, tagging:
@sbrsportsusa (Instagram) and #TRISWIM hashtag.
@sbrsportsinc (Facebook), and #TRISWIM hashtag.
@triswimusa (TikTok), and #TRISWIM hashtag
This can be a post created by the Ambassador or a shared post from SBR SPORTS INC.
· Share additional brand content including sales, giveaways, etc upon request from SBR SPORTS INC.
· Share any related content you would like SBR to post on social media to Andrew or Ruben.
c) Ambassador are encouraged to list TRISWIM, TRISLIDE, FOGGIES, SKIN SLICK, SWIM SUDS, SUIT SOAK (if applicable) logos with a link to www.sbrsportsinc.com on personal website or blog (if applicable).
d) Ambassadors are encouraged to promote SBR SPORTS INC. brand and products through product sampling at their local swim or triathlon club, community, class, and/or wherever they workout.
II. Term of Agreement
This Agreement will be in effect starting January 1, 2026, and expires on December 31, 2026.
III. Compensation
a) In exchange for the sponsorship, Ambassador shall receive a “Welcome Box” with 1 INITIAL SUPPLY of TRISWIM, TRISLIDE, FOGGIES, SKIN SLICK, SWIM SUDS & SUIT SOAK. TRISWIM, FOGGIES samples will also be provided. Ambassador will also be entitled to a 50% discount to be applied towards purchases of TRISWIM, TRISLIDE, FOGGIES, SKIN SLICK, SWIM SUDS, & SUIT SOAK beyond initial supply. To receive discounts, orders must be placed thru www.sbrsportsinc.com. Ambassador agrees NOT TO SUPPLY friends or family with monthly supply.
b) Shipping address MUST BE KEPT UP TO DATE & CURRENT with SBR SPORTS INC.
c) Ambassador will be provided with an affiliate link and/or promotional code for referral traffic and sales. Link/promotional code will provide a 10% commission on all SBR Sports product to referral sales. Link and promotional code can be shared by Ambassador on social media posts and stories, at events, with friends and family, etc. SBR SPORTS INC will pay Ambassador a commission of 10% of each successful sale made using Ambassadors link or promotional code. Payment will be made quarterly via PayPal, Venmo or Zelle (Please set up a PayPal, Venmo or Zelle account if you don’t already have one. d) If you are interested in receiving more FREE SBR Products (outside of your initial Welcome Splash Box), we are looking for more content to help grow our brand!
Content we are looking for would include:
Section 1 - Photos:
· Photos of your Lifestyle using SBR products as well as selfies with our products
· Before and After pictures (mostly applicable to TRISWIM)
Section 2 – Videos:
· Videos of you using SBR products
· Videos of your Post-Swim Shower Routine using SBR Products
· Videos or Photos of you at your Swims, Races or Events
· Creative and fun Reels or TikTok videos
Section 3 – Miscellaneous:
· Product Reviews, blogs & Testimonials (at least 1 paragraph)
· Anything else fun and exciting you can do with SBR products

IV. Indemnification
SBR SPORTS INC. shall not be responsible in any way for any misrepresentation, negligent act or omission, or willful misconduct of Ambassador in connection with its sponsorship of SBR SPORTS INC. or the marketing of products and/or services through SBR SPORTS INC. resources, expos or events. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ambassador agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SBR SPORTS INC, TRISWIM, TRISLIDE, FOGGIES, SKIN SLICK, SWIM SUDS, & SUIT SOAK and each of their respective officers, directors, trustees, employees, volunteers, agents, representatives, sponsors, event directors, clubs and individual members, from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, lawsuits, losses or expenses, including without limitation, interest, penalties, reasonable attorney fees, and all amounts paid in the investigation, defense, or settlement of any or all of the foregoing (collectively, the “Claims”) arising from or relating in any way to any misrepresentation, negligent act or omission, or willful misconduct of Ambassador in connection with its operations, products and/or services, and the exercise of its rights pursuant to this Agreement. Ambassador indemnification obligation hereunder shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement.
V. Insurance
Throughout the Term of this Agreement the Ambassador shall provide and maintain, appropriate medical insurance coverage for operations at expos, events, races, and obligations under this Agreement. SBR SPORTS INC. will not be held liable for medical or injury-related incidences.
This Agreement represents the entire agreement by and between the parties and supersedes any previous communication between the parties. The undersigned warrant and represent that they have agreed to enter into and execute this Contract.
VI. Restrictions
Without the company’s prior written consent, the ambassador should not engage in the following activities:
a) To promote, sell, represent, and distribute, directly or indirectly, any products that are similar to and compete with the products of SBR SPORTS.
b) To promote any other questionable activities that may affect the company’s business.
